These Burgers are the best burgers i have ever had that are homemade and delicious. Packed with wonderful protein, folic acid, Vitamin B & C from the Lentils and Vitamin A, Potassium, Vitamin K, Magnesium, and lovely Fiber from the Carrots. Can you say Yummo and Nutritious.
These protein bars have been my life saver. i have been making these for over a month and i switch and change them every week and boy are they amazing. I will give you a example of the recipe but to be honest I wing it and every week it is a little different. My Hunny enjoys these for breakfast and I have one mid day... sometimes breakfast as well.
WOW!!!... Words cannot describe how delicious these little steak mushrooms can be!!.. talk about filling a void... Yummy!!
